I'm a pretty direct per, and like to get things done rather than dwell on them for too long. This applies to both my professional and private life, and seems to have worked out quite well. I prefer to take charge, but am in no way looking for a pushover. You don't have to be a rocket scientist or a Maxxim model, but you should at least be somewhat pleased with the per you are.
